19th Century oak cased 8 day longcase clock marked J Allkins, Horncastle. The case with brass mounted broken swan neck pediment above arched aperture flanked by reeded columns, cross banded arch shaped waist door, flanked by canted angles on a crossbanded panelled base with bracket feet. Arch painted face with Arabic numerals, seconds dial and date aperture. 16 x 12" approx. 8 day two train movement, striking on one bell. Overall 215cm high approx. Complete with two weights and pendulum.
